Safeguarding and Wellbeing
Belonging at Brookfield means every child feels safe, valued and listened to. Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do, creating the conditions for children to be curious, creative, responsible and ready to rise to challenges. Through strong relationships, clear systems and a culture of care, we ensure that every child can learn, grow and flourish within our community.
Our safeguarding team works together to ensure that every child feels safe, valued and listened to. The team meets regularly to review concerns, monitor children's wellbeing and coordinate support where it is needed. Through regular staff training, safeguarding assemblies, online safety education, close partnership with families and external agencies, and a shared commitment to children's welfare, we create a culture where children know they can speak up, seek help and feel confident that adults will listen.
