Our Nursery Provision

At Brookfield Primary School, we are proud to offer a nurturing and inspiring early years environment through our Blossom and Catkin Nurseries—two carefully designed spaces where young children begin their learning journey with confidence, curiosity, and joy.

Blossom Nursery (Ages 2–3)
Our Blossom Nursery provides a gentle and caring introduction to early education for our youngest children. In this warm and supportive setting, we focus on building strong relationships, helping children feel safe, secure, and valued from the very start. Through play-based learning, exploration, and meaningful interactions, children begin to develop their communication skills, independence, and a love of discovery. Every child is encouraged to grow at their own pace, supported by attentive adults who understand the importance of these early years.

Catkin Nursery (Ages 3–4)
As children move into our Catkin Nursery, they continue their journey in a vibrant and stimulating environment that builds on their growing confidence and independence. Here, we provide a rich and engaging curriculum that encourages creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration. Children are supported to deepen their learning through play, structured activities, and new experiences, preparing them for a smooth transition into Reception. We place great emphasis on developing the whole child—socially, emotionally, and academically—ensuring each child is ready to flourish.

Across both Blossom and Catkin Nurseries, our dedicated team creates a welcoming atmosphere where every child is known, valued, and supported to reach their full potential. We believe these early experiences lay the foundation for a lifelong love of learning, and we are committed to making them as enriching and joyful as possible.
