Brookfield School Community

Thank you to everyone who came to our Remember Remember the 5th November Disco! We raised over £2200 for our school!

A big thank you to each and everyone of our wonderful volunteers: all the lovely people who helped set up, run stalls, clean up and chaperone. Honourable mention goes to our heroic candy floss makers!

We can't wait to see everyone get together again for our Winter Fair on Saturday 6th December, 12-3pm. Entrance to the Winter Fair will be free, and every child will get a free hotdog.

Saving the Planet with Brookfield

Massive thanks to the volunteers managing the waste station at the disco - and particularly to the kids doing such a great job with the litter pickers!

Just one recycled drink can powers a TV for 3 hours, so you can all enjoy Traitors/K pop Demon Hunters/Bluey etc with pride this weekend. Well done!

Hooray also for Brookfield mum Margherita and her work on the Bang in Some Beans campaign https://foodfoundation.org.uk/initiatives/bang-some-beans. Beans are cheap, tasty and good for the planet. So let's eat more of them at school and at home! For inspo, the Bold Beans cookbook is a winner.

And well done to Brookfield dad Jamie for his new venture putting wings on cars. Want to pay no fuel tax like a billionaire's private jet? check out wewinganycar.com
