Brookfield School Community
Winter Fair Saturday 6th December, 12-3pm
Join us for our school community's festive celebration! There will be free hot dogs for children as well as free arts and crafts activities and sports games. BBQ, veggie hot food, bar, cakes, hot drinks and candy floss will all be on offer. Support our school by taking part in our raffle (there are some great prizes this year) and of course watch the children give it their all on the winter stage. Entry is free for everyone.
To make it all happen, we need your help. Please use the spreadsheet below to add your name to volunteer for set up, running stalls and/or tidy up, or selling raffle tickets in the run up to the Fair:
Your reps can explain what each stall involves if you are not sure. They can share guides for each stall to help you get organised. We will need your help to set up the day before the Fair, Friday after 6pm - even if you can only spare an hour or so.
As always we are relying on volunteers to look after the stalls, but there are also plenty of things you can donate even if a different year is looking after the stall itself:
- Used toys and books for sale (no baby stuff please. Leave at the office from the week of the fair)
- Hot food. Are you able to cook something veggie that serves 25-30 ish portions? Please get in touch with your class rep or email committee@brookfieldsch.org.uk
- Raffle prizes. Do you run a business that could donate a prize? Give your class rep a shout or email us committee@brookfieldsch.org.uk
Order your class portrait tea towels and mugs!
Every child from Reception up to Year 6 has drawn themselves to help fund-raise for the school! Tea towels featuring whole year group self-portraits and class specific Mugs are available to order now on www.brookfield.camden.sch.uk/Parents/merch
The perfect festive gift and keepsake: order as many as you like by 30 November and help raise money to fund initiatives that benefit every Brookfield child. There are discounts for pupil premium families who can place their orders at the office: £5 per item (cash only please and exact amounts, no change is kept at the office).
Thank you for supporting our school and our community!

Saving the planet with Brookfield
"Black Friday! Cyber Monday!" As the marketing hype kicks in, let's take a moment to breathe... and remember we don't have to spend spend spend just because we're told to!
