After School Club Booking FAQs
How do I pay for my bookings? You will need to pay at the time of booking, so simply top up your account before making a new booking. You can book up to 30 days in advance, rolling throughout the school year.
Can I book on the day? The system is unable to take on the day bookings, however we know that exceptional circumstances, sometimes arise. Please email us, or call the office in this event.
What if I need to make a change to my booking? If you need to change, cancel or amend any future bookings, you can do this on Scopay. Simply select the booking you wish to change – to cancel, just click on ‘no selection on this day’. To make a change or amend an error (e.g. you’ve booked until 4.30pm but actually want to book until 6pm), cancel the booking first and then input it under the correct code. There is a key to the codes on scopay, and listed below here. If you are not sure which code to use, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the office.
Why can’t I book until the end of the half term? The booking system is set up to allow bookings on a rolling 30 day period, so you will need to go in and create the rest of the bookings

We have a variety of activities on offer at After School Club. Each day, the hall and playground are arranged with toys, books, crafts, games and sports so that children can choose what activities they do. In addition to this, your child may wish to take part in a club, run by our staff and external partners. Below is the table of activities currently on offer.
|Wednesday||Drumming with Tanya|
|Thursday||Arts & Crafts (KS1)||Y4&5 Bridge Club|
We offer many free play and structured play activities for children. There is a variety of equipment available, which both captures and engages their imaginations. Children are also encouraged to read and take part in creative activities.
At the end of the School day, children booked into BASC will be escorted to the lower hall by their class teacher where they will be signed in by after school club staff.
Parents have the option to book for the first hour only (3.30-4.30pm) which will include access to the structured activities running on that day.
These activities are subject to change on a termly basis.
