Laurel’s Update

It has been a delight to welcome children to the Spring term and New Year. I hope you and your families were able to enjoy the festive break. Next week there are two coffee mornings with a child well-being (Tuesday) and attendance focus (Friday) – please see more information below and put these dates in your diary if you are able to attend.

We are excited to announce that we have 2 new parent governor vacancies coming up this term. If you are interested in becoming a parent governor, or would like to know more about what is involved, please get in touch with our Chair of Governors, Jo Cooke, who will be happy to discuss it with you.

Lastly, please see the PTA section below for details of events for this term, as well as a plea for new leadership. Sophie and Nicolai are looking to step down this year, and volunteers are needed! Please have a think – it’s a crucial and rewarding role to lead the PTA, and the committee are available for a (non-binding) chat if you want to find out more.
